c’è sempre acqua nelle mie poesie per te
sì, perché
mi sciolgo al tuo sole
perché mi cadono, se piangi
se tu sorridi, mi rispuntano le foglie
tu sei la linfa dentro me
e poi sai nuotare

you let me know
always water flows 
in my poems for you
yes, because
I melt in your sun
they fall if you cry
if you smile, they bud again
my leaves
you are the sap within me

and then you are a swimmer
